Hi, I’m Carly Johnson, a Growth Marketing Manager at Long Run Marketing & Media. Growing up surrounded by small businesses gave me a deep appreciation for the people, passion, and hard work behind them. That’s why I love helping business owners tell their stories, strengthen their brands, and connect with their communities through strategic marketing.

My passion for marketing began at East Carolina University, where a class project revamping a local business’s social media showed me the impact thoughtful marketing can have. That experience inspired me to earn my Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and pursue a career helping businesses grow.

Originally from North Carolina, I moved to Wilmington in 2023. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dog Bela, exploring local thrift stores, traveling, and enjoying time at the beach or the lake.
